Krka National Park & Falcon Center Visit
Enjoy a lovely day while encountering the Educational Falcon Center and the birds’ hospital followed by a visit to Krka National Park. Depart the pier in Šibenik for the scenic drive through the hinterland en route to Dubrava Village. The Falcon Center here provides protection to the birds of prey. Their activities combine education on building an efficient system of protection and continuing the falconry tradition. During this tour, you’ll have a unique chance to let the birds fly to your hand, feed them and enjoy a lovely time connecting with nature.
After meeting the falcons, you will depart for Krka National Park. Upon arrival, head for the last set of falls before the river meets the sea. The Skradinski Buk Falls form a spectacular multi-level cascade over travertine cliffs. Pause above the falls for an excellent view and memorable photo opportunity. The whole area is rich with vegetation, as well as birds and fish. Due to very strong laws of preservation, this extraordinary area has been kept in its original state.
Following a guided walking tour, you will end at Skradinski Buk where free time is offered so you can hike and explore the area at your leisure. At the designated time, you will re-join your guide and continue with bus back to Šibenik and the yacht.
Notes: Swimming is no longer possible and strictly prohibited at the Krka National Park! A minimum participation is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures, and some may have limited capacity. All adventures in the SeaDream Yachting Land Adventures program are subject to change.
