SEADREAM YACHT CLUB’S 2015 HOLIDAY SAILINGS
-Enjoy the Season While Exploring the Caribbean-
MIAMI, August 20, 2015 – Rather than spending this holiday season hosting family and friends at home, SeaDream Yacht Club is encouraging guests to let their highly-trained chefs prepare seasonal fare while sailing the Caribbean’s most secluded destinations. While SeaDream’s 112-guest twin mega-yachts SeaDream I and SeaDream II are visiting exclusive ports larger ships cannot access, SeaDream’s chefs will source ingredients from each destinations local purveyors whenever possible to create menus that change daily. SeaDream Yacht Club was recently named “Best Niche Cruise Line” at the prestigious Virtuoso Awards and a holiday sailing is the ideal time to experience the award-winning service offered onboard. “Our commitment to culinary excellence is well-known among the most discerning travelers for artfully prepared gourmet cuisine and outstanding beverage service,” shares President Bob Lepisto. “This holiday season is no exception and Executive Chef Ondrej Havlicek has crafted a menu sure to satisfy our epicurean-minded guests.” Highlights from Thanksgiving dinner include slowly roasted tom turkey on bread stuffing served with green peas and silver onions in a cream sauce, asparagus, sweet mashed potatoes and gravy. For Christmas dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy whole roast prime ribeye of beef with Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables served with Burgundy gravy. Guests also have the option to choose from the always-available specialty menus including the Raw Food and Japanese Menus.
